- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My spouse ran into a serious problem that occurred late on a Sunday night. Dr. Chan called us back and walked us through what we needed to do that night and then saw us the next morning. A lot of work needed to be done in the next two weeks and although their schedules were already full they not only found the time for the treatment, but she and her staff made sure we got all the time we needed to get the treatment explained and all of our questions answered. Additionally - there were multiple treatment options and Dr. Chan went out of her way to explain the pros/cons of each treatment AND made sure we understood each so that we could make an informed decision. VERY rare to find this level of service in almost any circumstances in today's world. Best professional office I have encountered in years.January 02, 2017by Paul Ibanez
